Ele Kauderer feels strongly about giving back to the community. He has an extended history of volunteer work and community service. However, two roles stand out in Ele’s history. The first is as Director of Leading Youth to Empowerment and Success. Ele has been the director for nearly a decade. The organization helps children find new paths in life by providing them with mentorship, training, and guidance. This can help children discover new skills, in addition to assisting them in making their way into better schools.
The second significant role Ele Kauderer holds is as Coach and Director of the EC Coyotes Basketball Club. Ele has coached and directed for over nine years, teaching boys from grade six to early high school. Over the years, Ele has learned the importance of being a role model to these young men, teaching them life lessons both on and off the court. The EC Coyotes Basketball Club is associated with USA Basketball and the AAU, and thanks to Eleazar’s guidance, they have earned several sponsorships.
Eleazar Kauderer holds three distinct degrees that serve as pillars of support for his professional endeavors. Eleazar began his educational path at Kingsborough Community College, where he earned an AA in Communications. Continuing his studies, he pursued a BA in Pre-Law and Political Science at the University of New York-College of Staten Island. This period was marked by significant engagement as he joined various societies and gained practical experience working at the Richmond County District Attorney’s office. Lastly, Eleazar pursued his International Business Degree at Ohio University, culminating his educational pursuits with a well-rounded knowledge base.
Ele Kauderer has built a diverse professional career. Presently, he serves as the CEO of Tiger Marketing & Branding Agency. With over fifteen years of experience, Tiger Marketing & Branding specializes in helping businesses establish a strong and memorable brand presence. Ele has been an integral part of the agency for nearly five years, overseeing day-to-day operations, including client consultations, marketing strategies, and media requirements, with a commitment to ensuring seamless execution and delivering outstanding results.
In addition to his current role, Ele Kauderer has held several other positions concurrently, showcasing his versatility and expertise. These include roles in Investment Banking at Providential Securities and Boston Bank & Securities and a Director position at Lawyers Auction Group. He has also served as a partner at Lawyers Realty & Auctions, Inc. and Extreme Rush Agency, where he contributed his knowledge and investment.
More recently, Ele Kauderer took on the Vice President of Strategic Business Development role at EDS Strategic Management, dedicating over three and a half years to this position. He also became a partner for American Standard Beverage, expanding his professional expertise. Before these roles, Ele held the position of Director of M&A at The Bull M&A MicroCap Fund for an impressive thirteen-year period from 2007 to 2020.
